Our work
Built for real businesses. Running today.
Customer messaging, websites, mobile apps, APIs, MCP servers and on-site systems that LIBCSystems LLC has designed, built and continues to operate.
JohnnyLawnCare
Lawn care service · client text notifications, business phone line and branded email
A lawn care business lives on its schedule, and its schedule lives on the weather. We built JohnnyLawnCare a text-messaging service that keeps every client informed without a single phone call.
What it does
- Delays: tell clients when a crew is running behind.
- Early visits: let clients know the crew can arrive ahead of schedule.
- Weather advisories: reschedule notices when the weather turns.
- Billing issues: account and payment notices, sent directly.
- Its own business phone number: a dedicated Twilio number the texts come from and clients can call.
- Custom email at its own domain: professional addresses instead of a free webmail account.
Why it matters
Fewer phone calls, fewer surprised customers, and a business that looks organised even on a rain day.
B&M Aquatics
Family-owned koi & pond business since 2003 · Hamburg, New Jersey
B&M Aquatics designs, installs and services koi ponds, waterfalls and streams across northern New Jersey, and sells koi, aquatic plants and pond supplies from its store on Route 94. We built a site organised around the questions their customers actually ask.
Live
What we built
- Plain-language service pages: design and build, pondless waterfalls, seasonal opening and closing, repairs and water quality.
- A koi variety guide, a history of koi, and pond-keeping resources set to a northern New Jersey year.
- A gallery of the business's own ponds, kept separate from credited reference images.
- A private, signed-in client area.
How we run it
Hosted on our platform with a self-renewing certificate and monitoring that checks the page content every five minutes.
KoiKnife
The companion app to our aquatics work · "The Swiss Army Knife of Koi Knowledge"
Everything a koi keeper reaches for, in one app: the varieties and how to identify them, the history of koi, what fish are worth, and the supplies a pond needs. Built once and shipped natively to Apple and Android devices.
In App Store review · Google Play coming next
What we built
- One codebase delivering iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android apps.
- Variety guide, koi history, pricing and supplies.
- Tested on every screen at phone and tablet sizes.
- Published by LIBCSystems LLC on our own developer accounts, with its own support and privacy pages.
JellyDazzle
Published by LIBCSystems LLC · free on the App Store · ★★★★★ 5.0
JellyDazzle turns a phone, tablet or Mac into a kaleidoscope that listens to your music and dances with it. Put on any song and the patterns move to it, folding into symmetry and unfolding again. No loops, no presets, no two shows alike.
Live on the App Store · version 3.6.6
Under the hood
- 24 engine modes written by hand in ARM64 assembly for Apple silicon.
- Hundreds of patterns that react to the music through the microphone, so the music keeps playing at full volume.
- Adapts itself to battery, Low Power Mode and heat mid-show: no settings, no restart.
- A tribute to DAZZLE.EXE (James R. Shiflett, 1990), rebuilt for today's hardware.
East End Veterinary Hospital
Veterinary hospital · Riverhead, New York
A busy animal hospital needs its technology to work without anyone thinking about it. We delivered the systems in the building: what clients see in the waiting room, the cameras that watch over the practice, and a clear picture of the network everything runs on.
What we delivered
- Digital display: screens for clients in the hospital.
- Video surveillance setup: cameras installed and configured for the practice.
- Surveillance monitoring: ongoing oversight of the camera system.
- Network evaluation: an assessment of the hospital's network, with findings and recommendations.
Connecting AI to the systems a business already runs
Custom APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers · Python, Node.js, PHP and .NET
An AI assistant is only as useful as what it can reach. We build the APIs and MCP servers that let Claude and other AI tools work with a client's own software: reading the right data, taking the right actions, and nothing more.
Each one is scoped to exactly what it should touch, signed in properly, and logged, so the business stays in control of what the AI can do.
Built and running
- Music studio MCP server (Python): Claude controls FL Studio: tempo, transport, patterns and notes, live.
- Microsoft 365 MCP server (Node.js): Claude reads OneDrive files across accounts, with sign-in handled by Microsoft.
- "Ask Claude" API: one central service answering visitors on 25 websites, each with its own voice and limits.
- Telephone and SMS webhooks (PHP): call routing, voicemail transcription and text handling for business phone lines.
Integrated
MCP connections for Blender (3D) and the Godot game engine, plus Google Workspace, wired so Claude can work inside those tools.
